The biceps muscle in the upper arm is the important for bending the elbow (flexion) and in turning the palm up (supination). The shoulder contains two tendons (proximal) and the elbow contains one tendon (distal biceps tendon). The distal biceps tendon can rupture sometime either completely or partially.
This rupture usually occurs for the middle aged people, who do lots of heavy work by lifting load in past. When the people lift or carry a heavy load it rupture and the patient feels a snap or pop which follows the pain. This rupture will cure by our treatment of tendon having various treatments to overcome the issues of the elbow problem.
